ABSTRACT

The present study provides general idea regarding the introduction, synthesis, pharmacology and chemistry of oxazole and its derivatives. The current work will also provide information about the use of pyridines in diversity-oriented synthesis and its pharmacological activity as anti-inflammatory. The current work gives the overview of the various synthetic routes used to form a biologically active pyridines moiety, which is helpful for researchers for further novel approaches on oxazole ring for developing better medicinal agents and newer compounds for increasing efficacy and safety of compound.
